1. Orders
An order is a request to buy. It is accepted when payment is confirmed and we send your order confirmation. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud.
2. Prices
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We are not currently registered for Sales and Service Tax (SST), so no SST is charged. Delivery fees are shown before you pay.
3. Payment
Payment is made by FPX online banking through Billplz. Your order is only processed after the payment is confirmed by Billplz.
4. Delivery
We deliver within Malaysia through Ninja Van. Delivery times are estimates; see Shipping & Returns. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
6. Product information
We take care to describe products accurately. Colours and packaging may differ slightly from photos, and manufacturers may update packaging from time to time. Perfumes are for external use only; test on a small area of skin if you have sensitive skin or allergies.
7. Vouchers and promotions
Vouchers have no cash value, cannot be combined unless stated, and are subject to the minimum spend and expiry shown. We may end a promotion at any time without affecting orders already paid.
8. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
9. Trademarks
Lattafa® and the names of its houses are trademarks of Lattafa Perfumes Industries LLC. Other content on this site may not be copied without permission.
